Prime Timesheet End User License Agreement
This agreement governs your trial and continues use of apps provided by Prime Timesheet s.r.o. Such app hereafter is referred as the Prime Timesheet Product.
By installing or using the Prime Timesheet Product, you are agreeing to become bound by the terms of this agreement.
If you are agreeing to this agreement not as an individual, but on behalf of your company, then “you” means your company, and you are binding your company to this agreement.
By accepting this agreement you are granted a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to install and use the Prime Timesheet Product within the corresponding Integration Platform. "Integration Platform" is 3-rd party company that provides data such us users, issues information, etc. for Prime Timesheet Product (Atlassian, GitHub, Google).
Licenses granted by the Prime Timesheet s.r.o. are granted subject to the condition that you must ensure the maximum number of Authorized Users that are able to access and use the Prime Timesheet Product concurrently is equal to the number of User Licenses granted by the Integration Platform. "User License" means a license granted under this Agreement to you to permit an Authorized User to use the Prime Timesheet Product. "Authorized User" means a person who accesses and uses the Prime Timesheet Product under the Agreement and for which the necessary fees may have been paid to the Integration Platform.
There is no any information collected by Prime Timesheet s.r.o. from you or your device in regards of installing or using the Prime Timesheet Product.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Prime Timesheet Product in whole or in part, or create any derivative works from or sublicense any rights in the Prime Timesheet Product, unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by Prime Timesheet s.r.o.
Prime Timesheet Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Unless otherwise expressly stated in this agreement, Prime Timesheet s.r.o. owns all title, copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Prime Timesheet Product, and the Prime Timesheet Product is licensed to you directly by the Prime Timesheet s.r.o., not sold.
